The team at Arundel surgery are excellent. The only problem we have is with appointment availability. I don’t know how the staff at the surgery manage to perform at the level they do whilst under so much pressure. They are seriously understaffed. I have always found them to be incredibly dedicated. In my experience they unfailingly treat people with respect and humanity, no matter how overwhelming their workload seems. They remain friendly and efficient, even when working well beyond what should be expected of them.

I want to say employ more staff, but I know there is a massive shortage of qualified applicants.

We are new patients to your surgery 10months moved to the area ,we find the Doctors and staff very helpful, receptionists are always very polite and helpful, so far very pleased with our treatment .

The only thing we find with our repeat prescriptions is that we have to wait till they are almost out before we can order again ,before with our other surgery you could order 10days ahead
